The new October 2016 issue of the Defense Acquisition Research Journal (ARJ) is now available!

The focus of this ARJ issue is the launch of the Defense Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (AT&L) Professional Reading Program, and includes a series of reviews of recommended readings for all defense acquisition professionals, as well as readings by functional community. The reasoning is simple: “a program of independent reading deepens our understanding and helps develop the strategic and critical thinking skills that are the hallmark of the acquisition professional.”

To complement this excellent new resource, as I shared with you in a blog post earlier this month, our functional community also maintains a targeted “Life Cycle Logistics Career Field Recommended Reading List” on our Logistics Community of Practice (LOG CoP).
