Had a question arise a few days ago regarding the status of Directive-Type Memorandum (DTM) 09-016, “Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) to Improve the Integrity of Components Used in DoD Systems,” (dated March 25, 2010).

For those of you who may not have already been aware, DTM 09-016 was rescinded with the issuance of DoDI 5200.44 “Protection of Mission Critical Functions to Achieve Trusted Systems and Networks (TSN)” (dated November 5, 2012).

This information has been added to the Supply Support Integrated Product Support (IPS) Element section of the newly revamped Logistics Community of Practice (LOG CoP), including a direct link to the  DoDI 5200.44 “Protection of Mission Critical Functions to Achieve Trusted Systems and Networks (TSN)” under Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) on that site.
