Required and Recommended Use of eBusiness Tools When Awarding and Administering Other Transactions

This memorandum provides a list of required and recommended eBusiness tools for use with Other Transaction agreements. USA000647-22-DPC. Specifically, the required tools include FPDS, SAM, the Government-Furnished Property Module (if applicable), WAWF, EDA, and the Purpose Code Module. Recommended (but not required) tools include: SAM Contract Opportunities/GPE and the Solicitation Portal in DoD's PIEE.
