Estimating an Acquisition Program’s Likelihood of Staying Within Cost and Schedule Bounds
Using logistic regression and odds ratios, the authors investigate and determine which programmatic characteristics appear statistically indicative of exceeding certain cost and schedule overrun thresholds.

Supply Chain Management Maturity Level Assessment
The Defense Industrial Base can benefit through measuring and improving the maturity of areas within its Supply Chain Management (SCM) by employing the SCM Maturity Model (SCM3). The model has proven to be a useful tool in identifying focus areas for initial and ongoing improvements within the DoD Supply Chain.

Preferred Job Competencies of Engineering Leaders in DoD
This study analyzes job advertisements for DoD engineering leadership positions to identify preferred competencies by employers. Multidimensional scaling is used to further show the dimensional interpretation of employer preferences which can aid in the selection and professional development of engineering leaders.
