Welcome to the College of Contract Management (CCM)
 

We are located at the Defense Supply Center, Richmond (DSCR), nearby the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) HQ at Fort Gregg-Adams, VA. The CCM was established and chartered to ensure well-trained faculty, well-designed curricula, and a cost-effective methodology to provide the training and support to improve the performance of DCMA's acquisition workforce.

The CCM's curricula focus is multi-functional contract management performance such as contract administration, pricing, quality assurance, industrial manufacturing, earned value management, software engineering, engineering and aircraft operations. CCM learning and performance support products are also available to non-DCMA acquisition professionals performing post-award contract management functions.
