Yes, the FAR and DFARS clauses relative to Government property would be beneficial; especially since the DFARS clauses relative to property will be consolidated in the near future. Thank you.

Great suggestions! Thank you.

Long time listener, first time caller...I'd love a presentation on the importance and impact of Contractor's Self Assessment.  Also, Contract Closeout and role the Property Administrator has in that process, especially overage and exceeding the FDD. I've only been to Property Matters event and it was very informative (Audra 's Acquisition presentation 10 May 23). Looking forward to the next one.

I think it would be beneficial for all to cover the mandatory FAR and DFARS clauses in solicitations/contracts related to Government Property.  Also, it would be great to cover optional clauses that can be included in solicitations/contracts when applicable.

I'll see when we can address this topic.

The topic for the next Government Property Matters web event is CAP. Thanks again for your suggestion!

I would love to cover on FAR 45.201 and FAR 45.202 requirements. How is language addressed in the solicitation? How does the Contracting Officer evaluate the CPMS?

Thanks Daniel! Maybe we can make this a collaborative effort with DPC.

I would like a deep dive into the delivery of CAP not anticipated at the begining of a contract. The process start to finish, what forms and papeerwork is required, and how PIEE can or must be utilized. Additionally, perhaps we can include the process of returning GFP to the government once it is no longer needed for contract performance before the end of the contract's period of performance.
