DAU Digital Literacy Basics Playlist

|LAST UPDATED: 10.10.2024

The digital literacy basics curriculum is the first level of supplemental training to meet the FY 23 NDAA Section 835 requirement. DAU's plan, submitted to Congress in September 2023, is comprised of three levels of self-paced, asynchronous Online Training (OLT) providing a progression of learning with the goal of increasing the digital literacy of workforce members across all functional areas and improving their ability to use the technology to identify, critically evaluate, synthesize data and information related to software and cybersecurity acquisitions. This playlist consists of five introductory courses covering topics such as computer networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, digital acquisition, software and cybersecurity best practices, machine learning, AI, Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), and quantum computing. Each module allows students to test through the material if they possess prior experience or knowledge. Playlist Owner: Michael Cobb.
