Collaboration Business Owner Responsibilities
The Learning Solutions Center Director in the Workflow Learning Directorate serves as the Business Owner for DAU communities and the Team sites. As such, the Business Owner performs the following responsibilitites:
Setting and evolving the collaboration business strategy
Working with the community Regional Representatives and the DAU.edu IT Administrator
Ensuring that collaboration objectives are achieved and that the staff's needs are met and reflected in the solution design.
Working with the operations and analysis team to develop the governance plan along with the community Regional Representatives and the DAU.edu IT Administrator
Reviewing usage activity in all communities to find opportunities to promote communities or content and review the "health" of communities
Briefing the results of the usage activity to the Governance Working Group on a regular basis
