Content Contribution Governance for Team Sites

Team Sites are not open to the public, and only team members may access them. Most, if not all, members will have contributing privileges, but team site owners can designate additional users who will have Read access as needed. Approval is not required for contributing to Team sites unless the appropriate Team Site Owner (Business Sponsor) determines otherwise.

Although the team site is not open to the public, it must adhere to the same Public Release Guidance as an open site as the DAU.edu domain is not accredited to house FOUO or CUI content even behind a login.

Only authenticated users with at least Read access may search and view content in Team sites.
