Content Manager Activity Checklist

As a Content Manager, your role is to ensure that content meets your users' needs  and is managed according to the governance plan.

Annual Tasks

  • Make a comprehensive review of all the content on your site. Update or delete content that is no longer relevant, current, or necessary.
  • Review permissions on your site. Ensure that only users who should have access to the site actually have access. If necessary, contact the  to update access permissions. Contact to request an changes to permissions for your site.
  • Check all hyperlinks on your site. Ensure none are broken and remove, repair, or update any that are.
