ACDB is part of the suite of Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT). According to their website, ACDB is a comprehensive and flexible database solution to allow easy access to relevant cost, technical and programmatic information. It is designed to allow access to relevant data, assist in developing methodologies, learning curves and cost factors, integrate with statistical software packages, and enhance the quality of cost estimating methodologies.
