​Use this tool when reviewing new contracts for items applicable to the Contractor's Flight and Ground Operating Procedures IAW DCMA INST 8210.1C, Change 1.  Instruction on the use of this tool can me found in the document's first tab, and in CMA241, Module 2, lesson 2 "Contract Receipt and Review".

Note: The Contract Receipt and Review Checklist is version 1.
