The Creative Tension Method uses an outcome-oriented approach to develop a plan for achieving new goals. This tool will enable you and your team or organization to assess where you are now and to develop a plan for achieving your desirable new outcomes.
Using the tool, you will begin with your vision of the desired outcome. Next, you'll assess the current reality. Once you have a clear idea of the desired outcome, and a firm grasp of the current reality, you can take stock of your assets. You will also need to take a look at the challenges and how they may be turned into opportunities. After these steps are accomplished, you'll want to periodically revisit to assess where you are in achieving your outcome.
The Creative Tension Method video link below will provide additional help in using the tool.
