​The DD Form 1547, Record of Weighted Guidelines (WGL) is used in the Department of Defense when a structured approach to profit analysis is required.

  2. Right-click the compressed/zipped file and select to EXTRACT ALL all to the same location where you download it.
  3. Open the folder it created.
  4. Click on the Excel .xlsm file it to Open the tool.
