Defense Regional Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Playbook

In response to the 2022 National Defense Strategy call for Integrated Deterrence and prevailing through a Contested Logistics Environment, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Product Support has published the DoD Defense Regional MRO Playbook to guide implementation of MRO initiatives in support of the Regional Sustainment Framework (RSF). 

The Defense Regional MRO Playbook documents U.S. and Australian efforts to advance combined regional MRO solutions and provides insights for establishing other regional MRO solutions. The playbook communicates the process, lessons learned, critical thinking, and accomplishments of the F/A-18 Gun Drive Motor case study.
