DoD CPIF (Cost Plus Incentive Fee) Graphing Tool

​The DoD CPIF (Cost Plus Incentive Fee) Graphing Tool will allow the user to build up the objective target, optimistic, and pessimistic cost positions. It will then present three different negotiation positions on the computer screen while simultaneously displaying the positions graphically on the same screen. This Excel based tool is meant to be used in development and negotiation of CPIF contracts.
