DoD OSBP Acquisition Guidebook

This guide is for all DoD Small Business Professionals and sets forth DoD OSBP expectations for consistency and use of best practices in acquisitions across the Department.

This initial version of the Guidebook is to assist the small business workforce in carrying out day-to-day acquisition support functions. The main objective of this version is to improve small business utilization outcomes in DoD Peer Reviews.  Revisions will periodically be issued by DoD OSBP to maintain currency and to expand it utility.  

This tool has 2 files:  

1. The OSBP Memorandum for Department of Defense Small Business Directors
