Keep-Abandon-Invent-Reinvent (KAIR) is a process for deciding how to change or transform a team, system, or organization "on the fly." It is a dynamic, adaptive "strategic doing" version of the traditional Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis that generates immediately actionable strategies. Use this worksheet to assess what actions a team or organization should take to be more successful in the future.
