This flowchart combines all FAR and DFARS requirements to include the roles for the functional Specialist, Contracting Officer and the Contractor from the issuance of non-significant Corrective Action Request (CAR) to final resolution. This flowchart provides a simplified one page process for non-significant determinations and is a great tool to increase efficiency and effectiveness for functional specialists, Contracting Officers, and Program Managers.
