Port Simulation Model (PORTSIM)

​PORTSIM models the reception, staging, and ship loading of military equipment at seaports of embarkation (SPOE) and ship offloading, staging, and port clearance of military equipment at seaports of debarkation (SPOD). PORTSIM can be used across the full spectrum of both planning and programmatic mobility studies.
