Random Sampling Tool for Property Management System Analysis

​This tool is a Microsoft Excel workbook designed for the purpose of drawing up to two random samples from a population without duplication. This tool can be used by Property Administrators and others when performing a Property Management System Analysis. It can be modified to work with any working paper used to test the outcomes and processes identified in the Government property clause of FAR 52.245-1. It includes instructions, a template with the randomizing function included, and double sampling plan tables for easy access.
