Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker–Enterprise Suite (SPOT-ES)

​DOD, the Department of State (State) and USAID use SPOT-ES as a repository of information on contracts and contractor personnel in contingency operations.  The Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) has been designated as the Joint Enterprise contractor management and accountability system to provide a central source of contingency contractor information and a summary of contract services IAW DoD Instruction 3020.41 Operational Contract Support (OCS). Company and Government Representatives are required to maintain by-name contractor accountability within SPOT.
