According to the Department of Navy (DoN), the Acquisition Metrics Management System (AMMS) Tool offers analytic insights into PoPS data that comparing individual Probablility of Program Success (PoPS) assessments can’t provide. AMMS along with PoPS bridge the gap between acquisition data and reporting requirements, and acquisition decision makers. Using AMMS helps to substantively and efficiently meet reporting requirements and reduce data calls. CAC access required.
