Corrective Action Plan Evaluation Worksheet

FAR and DFARS requires the Government to evaluate Contractor Corrective Action Plans; however, there is no guidance leaving a gap in instruction for Contract Administration Offices. This evaluation sheet provides a fluid set of evaluative questions that assist in the assessment of Contractors corrective action plans. The tool also inherently provides the functional specialist with the justification for corrections or evidence of review, providing a better documented oversight process.
