DoD Supply Chain Metrics Guide

​The DoD Supply Chain Metrics Guide provides DoD personnel with information on a standardized set of DoD-wide supply chain metrics for monitoring the health and performance of the DoD supply chain. Those metrics include enterprise level metrics that cross supply chain functions to describe the overall effectiveness of the DoD supply chain as well as functional level metrics that measure performance specific to the supply chain functions of inventory management and distribution management.
