DoD FPIF (Fixed Price Incentive (Firm)) Graphing Tool

The DoD FPIF (Fixed Price Incentive (Firm)) Graphing Tool will allow the user to build up the objective target cost, price, and ceiling negotiation positions.  It will then present three different negotiation positions on the computer screen while simultaneously displaying the positions graphically on the same screen.  This Excel based tool is meant to be used in development and negotiation of FPIF contracts.
