International Cooperative Programs (ICPs) Job Support Tool (JST)

​This is the fourth in a series of International Acquisition and Exportability (IA&E) Job Support Tools (JSTs) designed to supplement the Defense Acquisition Guidebook (DAG).  The entire series has been developed by DAU to assist DoD Component organizations and Program Management Offices (PMOs) responsible for performing IA&E planning and execution activities.  Each JST summarizes topic-specific policies, describes key areas for analysis and evaluation, and provides best practice advice on how to achieve successful international acquisition outcomes. 

This International Cooperative Programs (ICPs) JST provides guidance on how to identify and assess international cooperative opportunities, formulate cooperative program strategies, establish required ICP international agreements, and execute cooperative programs and projects in accordance with USG/DoD laws, regulations, policies, and practices.
