Mid-Tier Acquisition Framework Tool for PMs

​USD (A&S) gave interim guidance and authority to PMs to use NDAA 2016 section 804 and NDAA 2017 Section 806 authorities to speed up the acquisition cycle.  This tool gives the PM a clear framework to determine if the Mid- Tier authorities are proper for their program to incorporate into their acquisition strategy decisions.
