Significant Determination Resolution Process Flowchart

​This flowchart combines all FAR and DFARS requirements to include the roles for the functional Specialist, Contracting Officer and the Contractor from the issuance of significant Corrective Action Requests (CAR) to final resolution. This flowchart provides a simplified one page process for significant determinations and is a great tool to increase efficiency and effectiveness for funtional specialists, Contracting Officers, and Program Managers.
