​These 2 files present 2 different ways in determining whether or not to use a Small Business Set-Aside.  The Decision Chart and Narrative were created to help contracting officers navigate the small business rules contained in the FAR.

These tools are used in SBP 101 and referenced in SBP 102, SBP 110, SBP 120, SBP 201, and SBP 202.
