Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker–Enterprise Suite (SPOT-ES)

​DOD, the Department of State (State) and USAID use SPOT-ES as a repository of information on contracts and contractor personnel in contingency operations.  The Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) has been designated as the Joint Enterprise contractor management and accountability system to provide a central source of contingency contractor information and a summary of contract services IAW DoD Instruction 3020.41 Operational Contract Support (OCS). Company and Government Representatives are required to maintain by-name contractor accountability within SPOT.
