Managing Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) Data Tool

The Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA, 10 U.S.C. 2306a) compels contractors to disclose, in a fashion meaningful to the Government’s negotiator, cost and pricing and to keep it current, complete and accurate through the date of agreement on price. As a result of recent DoD policy superseding a 29-year old policy known as a Sweep, DAU deployed a rapid response Lunch and Learn (LnL) webinar. This tool was developed as a companion to this webinar to match the scenarios covered there to assist the negotiating parties (Government and Contractor alike) in making and documenting timely and meaningful data disclosures required under the law.
