Generated Shipboard Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) List to optimize Operational Availability (Ao) at minimum cost. Shipboard Spares Allowance List. It takes the output, the recommended range and depth of spares, from the ACIM model and uses it as input into the TIGER simulation model in order to establish a "bad actor" list (those parts which cause the most downtime). This list will in turn be used to modify the original set of spares as input for another TIGER run to measure system availability.
