Value Added Tax (VAT) Exemption Calculation Tool

​This tool provides users the ability to perform what-if drills to estimate value added tax (VAT) exemption applicable to international deployments, international cooperative efforts, and foreign military sales efforts.  Users include Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition Workforce members (Cost Estimating/Financial Management, Program Management, Contracting, Engineering, and Logistics), senior DoD personnel, and Department of State personnel.
