Weapon System Sustainment Value Stream Model

​Weapon System Sustainment Value Stream Model is a DoD-owned prototype tool that integrates “best of the breed” software simulation modules, which allow sustainment professionals to zero-in on availability degraders throughout the weapon system sustainment value stream and predict the effect of changes within the value stream on weapon system availability. It also identifies high leverage items in a weapon system that offer the greatest return on investment for reliability improvement and continuous process improvement of depot repair operations.
