Wanted to let defense acquisition workforce members know that the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is hosting a free “Aspiring Senior Executive Service (SES)” Lunch-and-Learn Virtual Seminar on November 9, 2022 designed to “…familiarize employees with the SES hiring process, help individuals understand the Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) and how they apply to SES hiring, give employees strategies for writing strong ECQ narratives and resumes, and guide them to drafting a personal action plan to prepare for becoming a member of the SES.”
